BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Division of Maintenance, for traffic signal equipment for the Tates Creek Road Sidewalk Improvements Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $2,053.06 from $54,033.48 to $56,086.54.
