BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That pursuant to the actual estimated costs to be incurred as part of the Canine Facility sanitary sewer connection project, Section 2 of Resolution No. 16-2013, be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That payment of a civil penalty from the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet pursuant to the terms of the Agreed Order be and hereby is authorized as follows:
An amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet from account # 4121 - 303102 - 90316, and an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $47,037.00, be and hereby is approved to be paid from account # 4121 - 313201 - 92811 for a project to connect the Division of Police Canine Facility to the sanitary sewer system.
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 16-2013 shall be unchanged.
