BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Columbia Telecommunications Corporation d/b/a CTC Technology & Energy, pursuant to the State Master Agreement with general contractor SDGblue, LLC, for a high-level design and construction cost estimate of a fiber-optic network in Lexington-Fayette County.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $58,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Columbia Telecommunications Corporation d/b/a CTC Technology & Energy, from account #1101-210101-71299 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
