BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the following subsection line number of Section 22-5 of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:

      720.030      1      677      106N            Security Officer

      Section 2 - That the term for this position shall expire on December 31, 2014.

      Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
