BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That an additional amount, not to exceed the sum of $942,983.56, be and hereby is approved for payment to Accela, Inc., from account #2604-162101-96202, for the License Fees ($654,675.00), Maintenance Fees ($174,000.00), and Managed Services Fees ($114,308.56), pursuant to the previously executed Amendment to Implementation Services Agreement (Resolution No. 210-2014).
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
