BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Streets and Roads for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment or transfer to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Streets and Roads ($10,345.00) from account #1105-121002-91715, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
