BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement (RFQ No. 48-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Palmer Engineering, Inc., for design engineering services for the Harrodsburg Road Share Use Trail project, to be paid with funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary agreements or amendments with Palmer Engineering, Inc., related to the use of these funds.
