Title: An Ordinance amending the authorized strength by abolishing one (1) vacant Classified position of Electrician, Grade 517N, one (1) vacant Classified position of Engineering Technician Principal, Grade 518N, one (1) vacant Classified position of Engineering Technician, Grade 514N, and one (1) vacant Unclassified position of Project Engineering Coordinator and creating one (1) Classified position of Deputy Director, Grade 531E, one (1) Classified position of CMOM Program Manager, Grade 523E, and one (1) Classified position of Pump Station Program Manager, Grade 523E, in the Div. of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
