BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection 16-16.2(c) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
