BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with GRW Engineers, Inc., for the West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plant Administration Building Expansion/Improvements Project, reducing the contract price by the sum of $54,690.00 from $95,870.00 to $41,180.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
