COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 120.024 of Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
120.020|99|183 116E Deputy Council Clerk
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0047, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
