Section 1 - That the bid of C3 Mechanical, LLC, in the amount of $73,850.00, for HVAC York Fan Boxes, for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with C3 Mechanical, LLC, related to the bid.
