BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Alicia Smith, Administrative Specialist, Sr., Grade 112N, $18.194 hourly, in the Division of Human Resources, effective June 18, 2012.
Section 2 - That the personnel action shall become effective on the date described in the item.
