BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, under the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund, which Grant funds are in the amount of $3,157,200.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, are for Police training incentives for FY 2019, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
