Authorization for LFUCG, Division of Fire and Emergency Services to enter into an Agreement with the University of Kentucky in order for them to provide the Division of Fire with six ME1 keys that will be used to access construction fencing gates and to ensure that the Fire Department can respond inside of a fenced construction site unimpeded. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the University of Kentucky to provide keys to access construction gates.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
