NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Code entitled "Code of Ordinances, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government" published by CivicPlus/Municode Publishing, consisting of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Charter and Chapters 1 through 27, each inclusive, as well as any appendices to the Code of Ordinances, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is adopted.
