Summary
Authorization to abolish and create positions in order to conform with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and transferring all incumbents from exempt to non-exempt status, effective the first payroll Monday following passage of Council. COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line number in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
330.014|99|692 519N Project Manager Sr.
Section 2 -That the incumbents be and hereby are transferred from exempt positions to non-exempt positions as follows:
William Snyder, from Project Manager Sr., Grade 519E, at $2,192.48 biweekly, to Project Manager Sr., Grade 519N, at $27.406 hourly;
William Osborne, from Project Manager Sr., Grade 519E, at $2,093.28 biweekly, to Project Manager Sr., Grade 519N, at $26.166 hourly;
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective the first payroll Monday following passage of Council.
