BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, which Grant funds are in the amount of $150,000.00 in Federal funds, for the purpose of enhancing the Quick Response Team within the Community Paramedicine Program as part of the Kentucky Opioid Response Effort, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
