BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept deeds for property interests needed for the Distillery District Sign Project, for the Division of Environmental Quality and Public Works.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $20.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the owners of record, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account #1105-313101-91714, at the time of closing.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
