BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Co., for the Black & Williams Center Roof Replacement and Repairs Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $29,800.00 from $225,249.00 to $255,049.00 and adding 42 calendar days to the construction schedule.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum $29,800.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tri-State Roofing and Sheet Metal Co., from account #2607-707201-0001-76101 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
