Summary
Authorization to execute Change Order No.1 with Bluegrass Contracting Corporation, in the amount of ($ 3,806.53) to adjust final quantities for the Div. of Engineering under the Roadway Rehabilitation Project - Man O' War Blvd. at Harrodsburg Road; and to rescind Resolution No. 275-2015. The purpose of the change order is to make final adjustments to the construction quantities for job close-out. At the time that the original change order was passed, site conditions had just been uncovered by the contractor that indicated there could be additional work on the original project. Additional work was not necessary. The purpose of rescinding Resolution No. 275-2015 is to nullify a previous change order for this project (Also identified as Change Order No.1), that is not needed.
