BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Certificates of Consideration and all other documents necessary to accept deeds for property interests needed for Sections 1 and 2 of the Versailles Road Corridor Improvement Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $51,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account #2606-303202-3221-91715.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
