(1) Recommending the appointments of Betsy Johnson and Ramla Osman to the Carnegie Center for Literacy Board of Directors, both with terms expiring September 1, 2029;
(2) Recommending the appointments of Michelle Bond, qualified member, filling the unexpired term of Jeffrey Johnson, and Marshall Fields, qualified member, filling the unexpired term of John Burrell, to the Charles Young Neighborhood Center Board, both with terms expiring March 1, 2028;
(3) Recommending the appointments of Phillip Jewell, Paramedic Program Student, filling the unexpired term of Kailey Gilbert, and Crystal Miller, ex officio, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Health Department Commissioner, to the Emergency Medical Advisory Board, with terms expiring July 1, 2027, and non-expiring, respectively;
(4) Recommending the appointment of Trace Williams, filling the unexpired term of Mike Keene, to the Fire Pre-Disciplinary Review Board, with a term expiring June 1, 2028;
(5) Recommending the appointment of Laura Hatfield, replacing DeLaine Bender, to the Library Board of Advisors, with a term from January 1, 2026, to January 1, 2030;
(6) Recommending the appointments of Alexander Butler, Business Community Representative, replacing Lloyd Alverson, Matthew Crutcher, Business Community Representative, replacing Carolyn Dunn, Stephanie Fitch, Business Community Representative, replacing Suzanne Liebee, Timothy Johnson, Business Community Representative, replacing Pat Tatum, and the FYI board appointment of Obie Taylor, Artist, to the Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center Board of Directors, all with terms expiring December 8, 2029;
(7) Recommending the appointment of Shakira Syed, Dist. 5 Resident, replacing Lisa Satin, to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, with a term from January 14, 2026 to January 14, 2030; and,
(8) Recommending the appointment of Michael Clay Johnson, replacing Aaron Vaught, to the Water Quality Fees Board, with a term expiring December 1, 2029.
