BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Notice, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to be recorded in the Fayette County Clerk's Office related to the closing of the Raven Run Landfill (formerly Jacks Creek Pike Landfill), stating that the property located at 3785 Raven Run Way has been utilized as a landfill and may not be disturbed without the permission of the Kentucky Division of Waste Management.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
