BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the transfer of funds in the amount of $13,495.36 from the Council Capital Projects fund to the Division of Streets and Roads (1105-303301-93011), for the completion of paving work associated with a water quality project in the Castlegate Neighborhood, be and hereby is authorized and approved.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
