Authorization to execute a memorandum of understanding to formalize the partnership with Kentucky Mountain Bike Association (KyMBA) to provide volunteer trail building and maintenance services to Lexington’s mountain bike courses at Veterans Park, Deer Haven Park and under development at Preston Springs Park. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with KyMBA, formalizing the partnership between KyMBA and LFUCG Division of Parks and Recreation, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
