BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreements with Tetra Tech, Inc., for the former Jacks Creek Pike Landfill Improvement Project, for the Division of Water Quality, decreasing the contract price by the collective sum of $36,900.00, from $156,350.00 to $119,450.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
