BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is authorized to procure the replacement of six (6) wayfinding signs from Architectural Graphics, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Architectural Graphics, Inc. related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $61,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Architectural Graphics, Inc., from account #2600-313101-91614.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
