BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Pearce-Blackburn Roofing, LLC, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc., and Holland Roofing of Louisville establishing price contracts for roofing repairs and maintenance, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
