BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That ESChat be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of a Radio Over Internet Protocol (ROIP) communications product, for the Division of Police, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Emergent related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $95,160.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to ESChat, from account #3140-505502-72204, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
