BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Stryker be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of LUCAS devices for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Stryker related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $133,320.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stryker, from account #3200-505201-96705 ($110,613.75) and account #1101-505702-75101 ($22,706.25), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
