BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of General Services be and hereby is authorized and directed to place the public art described in the Artful Equine Art Project’s application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, at locations determined by the Department of General Services at the sites described in the Artful Equine Art Project’s application.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
