BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase access to online training modules from Target Solutions Learning, LLC, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $6,255.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Target Solutions Learning, LCC from account #1101-505703-75602, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
