BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept Grant funds in the amount of $301,050.00 in Federal funds under the CARES Act for the support of childcare expenses in the Extended School Program in the Division of Parks and Recreation, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
