BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement (Bid No. 138-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bateman Community Living an Elior Company d/b/a TRIO Community Meals, LLC, for catering services for the Family Care Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $174,331.60, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bateman Community Living an Elior Company d/b/a TRIO Community Meals, LLC, from account #3100-606401-75102, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
