BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with GreenHouse17, moving CARES Act funds in the amount of $61,042.00 from Rapid Rehousing to Shelter, and extending the period of performance to August 31, 2022, and is further authorized to execute any other necessary documents with GreenHouse17 related to this program.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
