BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to Purchase of Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., to extend the period for performance under the original Agreement (awarded pursuant to Resolution No. 456-2021) through June 30, 2023, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
