BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept a donation of water fountains and dog bowls from The Friends of The Dog Park, Inc., for Coldstream and Masterson Station Park Dog Parks.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
