BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute and submit the Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA), and to provide any additional information requested in connection with the Application, for a low-interest state revolving fund loan in the amount of $35,976,329 for the West Hickman WWTP Wet Weather Storage Tanks - Phase I Project.
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
