Body BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT: Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with FDHS Boys Basketball Booster Club, Inc., and Garrett Morgan PTA c/o Kentucky PTA, for the Office of the Urban County Council. Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to FDHS Boys Basketball Booster Club, Inc. ($500.00), and Garrett Morgan PTA c/o Kentucky PTA ($650.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
