                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:

Dowell Hoskins-Squier, Commissioner of Environmental Quality and Public Works, Grade 536E, $4,511.54 biweekly, effective January 14, 2016.

Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
