BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Victory Supply, Medzon, Norfleet Distributors, LLC, Glove Planet, LLC, Global Geeks, Inc., and Great Hawk Air Service, establishing price contracts for Disposable Gloves, for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
