A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor on behalf of the Urban County Government to execute an order form with GOGov, Inc., for Citizen Request Management (CRM) Software Subscription, at a cost not to exceed $14,400 for FY 2024, with annual increases not to exceed 7% in future fiscal years, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any documents related to any future renewals of such order form, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Order Form, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with GOGov, Inc., for Citizen Request Management (CRM) Software Subscription.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $14,400.00 in
FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to GOGov, Inc. from account # 1101-121001-75103, pursuant to the terms of the Order Form, with annual increases not to exceed seven percent (7%) and subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
