Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. Four (4), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Churchill McGee, LLC for Public Safety Operations Center Phase 1B Renovation, increasing the contract price by the sum of $30,185.76 from $6,339,321.67 to $6,369,507.43.
