WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 590-2012 established a Residential Parking Permit Program, for the 400 block of Hollywood Drive, 24 hours per day Monday through Sunday along the east side of the block.
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 590-2012 to include 715 Sunset Drive in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the 400 block of Hollywood Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 590-2012 is amended to include 715 Sunset Drive in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the 400 block of Hollywood Drive, 24 hours per day Monday through Sunday along the east side of the block.
Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
