BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Downtown Lexington Management District (DLMD), providing funding for additional deputies from the Office of the Fayette County Sheriff to patrol in and around Tandy Park beginning on July 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00 (FY25).
