This is a request to execute MOA with the ATF allowing for reimbursement of overtime salary and other costs incurred by LFUCG in providing resources to assist ATF. This MOA will terminate on September 30, 2017.  There is no budgetary impact.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bureau of Alcohol, tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for reimbursement of overtime and other costs.
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
