BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 43-2025), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Facilities Commissioning Group, for commissioning services on the Division of Water Quality facility renovations, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $46,740.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Facilities Commissioning Group, from accounts # 4003-303401-3401 ($23,370.00) and 4052-303401-3401 ($23,370.00), pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
