Section 1 -That subsection line number 250.049 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
320.055 9 423 111N Engineering Technician
Section 3 - That the incumbent be and hereby is transferred at current job classification, pay grade and salary from the Division of Computer Services to the Division of Engineering.
