BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Partial Releases of Easements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, releasing sanitary sewer and storm sewer easements on properties located at 200 Waveland Museum Lane, 350 Waveland Museum Lane, 370 Waveland Museum Lane, 3760 Winthrop Drive, and 3765 Winthrop Drive.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
